These terms govern your use of this website, operated by TetraNoodle Technologies (“TetraNoodle”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This site describes our diagnostic-first automation work and lets you join a waitlist for a Clarity Call. Content on this site is general information about how we work; it isn't business, financial, or legal advice, and outcomes described (including client results) are examples, not guarantees.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is a request, not a contract for services. We review every submission personally and onboard in waves; we may decline a submission at our discretion, and we'll tell you either way.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only information you have the right to share.
• Any engagement that follows a Clarity Call is governed by its own written agreement, not these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the site or its security;
• submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) waitlist entries;
• use the site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site and its content (text, design, methodology descriptions, and trademarks) belong to TetraNoodle or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish them beyond what the law permits without our written permission.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information, including answers saved while you fill in the waitlist form, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TetraNoodle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TetraNoodle Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
