Privacy Policy

TetraNoodle Technologies (“TetraNoodle”, “we”, “us”) builds private AI operating systems for founders and operators. We take the same position on your personal data that we take on our clients' data: collect the minimum, keep it private, and never let it train someone else's model. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Waitlist submissions.If you join the waitlist, we ask for your first name, business name, email address, and optionally a phone number, along with your revenue range, the operational problem you describe, and what you've already tried.

In-progress form answers.The waitlist form saves your answers step by step, starting once you've entered your contact details, including if you don't finish the form. We do this so our team can follow up personally with people who started a submission. If you'd rather we delete a partial submission, email us and we will.

Technical basics. Like most websites, our infrastructure records standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs, which we use for security and to keep the site working, for example by rate-limiting abusive traffic. We also record the page a submission came from.

What we don't collect

• No advertising trackers, ever.
• No selling or renting of your personal information.
• No analytics cookies unless you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. As of the date above, we have no analytics running at all; the banner records your choice for when we do.

How we use your information

• To review your waitlist submission (a person reads every one).
• To contact you about your submission, including following up if you started but didn't finish the form.
• To prepare for your Clarity Call if we offer you a spot.
• To protect the site against abuse and keep it reliable.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage to make the site function, for example remembering your cookie-consent choice in your browser's local storage. If you opt in via the banner, we may also use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Where your data lives

Waitlist data is stored in a Microsoft Azure (Cosmos DB) database controlled by us. Access is restricted to the small team that reviews submissions. We don't hand your data to offshore teams, data brokers, or model-training pipelines.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers that host this site and our database (such as Microsoft Azure), and only so they can provide those services to us. If you book a Clarity Call through the scheduling embed on this site, your booking details and any payment are handled by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy, and we record that the booking happened. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

Retention

We keep waitlist submissions for as long as they're relevant to onboarding conversations, then delete them. You can shortcut that at any time: ask, and we'll delete your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@tetranoodle.comand we'll respond within a reasonable time, and within any period your local law requires. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, California, or Canada), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you're writing from.

Children

This site is for business operators and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, note the change prominently on this page. We won't quietly weaken your protections.
